Step 1: Prepare Your Document

Choose the document you’d like reviewed. This can include:

  • Risk assessments
  • Training materials
  • Checklists or audit forms

Whether it’s a draft that needs refinement or a completed document that requires a compliance check, we’ll help you unlock its full potential.

Step 2: Complete the Simple Form

Fill out the form on this page with the following details:

  • Your Name: So we know who to contact.
  • Email Address: To send your review results.
  • Document Description: Briefly describe what your document is about (e.g., “risk assessment for construction site”). If you’re unsure, that’s okay—just give us a general idea, and we’ll take it from there.

Step 3: Upload Your Document

  • Word documents (.doc, .docx)

Unfortunately, we cannot review image files at this time.
